The company provides SMD PCB assembly services in electronics manufacturing and laser sheet cutting and bending services in mechanical manufacturing. Additionally, it conducts various RD activities in the MV protection and control equipment sector.

With our three state-of-the-art SMD PCB assembly lines, we provide SMD PCB assembly services to the electrical, electronic, defense industry, and many other sectors.
LASER SHEET CUTTING AND BENDING SERVICE
In the field of mechanical manufacturing, we meet all requests for sheet cutting and bending services from our customers using our MEKOTEK brand laser cutting machine and Baykal brand bending machine, ensuring the fastest and highest quality service.
SMD PCB ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION PROCESS
Production Request
The first step of the production process is to carefully analyze the customer's requirements and project details. During this stage, the technical drawings, schematics, and bill of materials received from the customer are reviewed. The project's technical requirements, materials to be used, and details of the production process are determined.
Design and Planning
Based on the information obtained during the analysis phase, the design of the PCBs and production planning are carried out. At this stage, circuit schematics are designed digitally, and a list of materials required for production is created. Production processes, timelines, and quality control steps are planned in detail.
Production
After the design and planning phases are completed, production of the PCBs begins. During the production process, electronic components are placed on the PCBs using SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines. At this stage, high-precision machines and quality materials are used to meticulously execute every step of the production process. Continuous quality control is conducted throughout, ensuring that flawless and reliable products are produced.
Testing and Quality Control
The final stage of the production process involves testing the produced PCBs and conducting quality control. At this stage, each PCB is subjected to functional tests to verify compliance with customer requirements. Electrical tests, visual inspections, and performance tests are conducted to ensure that the products meet quality standards. All products that pass the tests successfully are packaged and made ready for shipment to the customer.
