SMD PCB ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION LINE

With our three state-of-the-art SMD PCB assembly lines, we provide SMD PCB assembly services to the electrical, electronic, defense industry, and many other sectors.

Electronic components are placed on PCB boards in an automated assembly line, from the first stage to the final stage, without manual intervention. They are arranged according to the circuit schematic, soldered, and after being oven-cured, are automatically loaded into magazines and transferred to the inspection section for optical control.

Cards that have completed SMD assembly firing are examined very quickly and without errors with high resolution (AOI) Automatic Optical Inspection devices for all final control processes such as soldering, misalignment, and direction. If an error is detected in the production process as a result of the inspection, the faulty cards are revised, the error is corrected, and they are put back into operation.
